I have had two accidents with repairs done by caliber collision, and the work is always very well done, the customer service is amazing, and I’ve been very pleased overall. I would highly recommend the shop to anybody that needs auto repair.

The service I received was top tier. Susie, the front desk receptionist was so helpful with the process and guidance to the service advisor Mike. Mike was very respectful and amazing throughout the entire process. He ensured that I was updated with every step of my vehicles repair process. They were both attentive to my needs and went way beyond my expectations. I dropped my vehicle off on Monday and my vehicle was ready for pick up on Thursday of the same week. Excellent service 👏

This is a warning for people directed to Caliber for insurance claims (our provider directed us here). Our car was hit while parked on the street. Because of their "lifetime guarantee" Caliber cannot remove and reattach our bumper (due to some minor damage from an old accident) without charging for a new bumper. This “lifetime guarantee” is a policy they don’t budge on and I could see being a selling point for some. But in this case, it’s an issue that large chains can’t work with customers towards common sense solutions and don’t need to rely on customer service to bring business in. We found a local vendor who said this is a common issue and was more than happy to help.

I wrecked my 2021 GMC Canyon recently and Caliber Collision was very efficient and continually kept me appraised of the progress and estimate competion. The end results is my truck looks as good as new again. They were very easy to work with and I am very happy with the end results.
